M-I in refs. 3 and 6 are different from each other, the resistivity is considered to depend on the sample quality. Concerning the carrier mobility as well as carrier density, the strongly temperature-dependent Hall coefficient [S. R. Saha et al.: J. Magn. Magn. Mater. 272-276 (2004) e317] is a key phenomenon.
