    • This Einstein relation is applicable only at low temperatures where the temperature is much lower than the difference (of the order of V) between the Fermi level and the band bottom. In this sense, it may not be appropriate to apply this relation to the case with λ = 0.0001 where the data are obtained only for the temperature region T > V because of technical reason; it is rather difficult to determine the dynamical contribution at low temperatures for smaller values of λ as will be seen from Fig. 1. It will be less problematic to apply this Einstein relation for the cases with relatively large values of λ.
