    • In the ordered phase of random-field and random-exchange Ising ferromagnets, the statistics of a snapshot of the domain walls for large Rt is likely, on the scale of Rt, to be similar to that for a pure system since (Refs. 17 and 18) the barrier-dominated dynamics occurs on scales << Rt and hence is likely to only yield corrections to the scaling form of the domain wall statistics. The dynamics is, of course, much slower in the random case. We expect, however, that quantities such as the exponent lambda, for which the rate of domain growth is scaled out, may be the same for random-field, random-exchange, and pure Ising ferromagnets, although differing for spin glasses. This ignores the effects of the lattice which may be important at low temperatures and weak disorder where domain walls become smooth.
