    • Schlaich et al.24) assigned the 0′-0 transiton at 1.846eV, i.e., at the lowest peak of their optical absorption and PL excitation spectra. In our opinion, however, the peak should be regarded as the maximum of the joint density of states for optical transitions into the Frenkel exciton band, not as the threshold. Taking acount of the band dispersion,5) we prefer the onset of photoabsorption at 1.815 eV as the 0′-0 transition origin.
