A related theorem was presented by V. I. YUDOVICH in the Fall of 2003 in his lecture course 'Analytical Fluid Mechanics' (to be published) at the University of Hull. This theorem allows us to use in (1.12) the equality signs instead of the signs of approximations, which are usual in the multi-scale theory. The theorem includes statements on the minimal number of arguments (in this case it is only two) and on the analytical dependence of solutions on these arguments. In the multi-scale theory variables τ and t are often considered as independent variables called the fast time and the slow time correspondingly. In contrast, in our approach we systematically treat t and τ as different parts of time dependence, not independent variables. This theorem develops the approach to the coordinates of 2nd kind on the Lie groups (see e.g. L. S. PONTRIAGIN, Continuous Groups, Moscow, Nauka 1984 (in Russian)).
