    • One might ask why the no-signaling condition should be enforced if we assume a preferred frame for quantum phenomena. Indeed, there is no longer a fundamental reason for that requirement. Still, classical events seem to be conveniently described using special relativity; and the record of a detection is a classical events that can be precisely located in space-time.
