Diffuse reflectance UV-Visible spectroscopy (250-850 nm) was performed in absorbance mode on an Ocean Optics USB-2000 fiber optic spectrometer equipped with a standard reflection probe (200 μm read fiber). A PTFE diffuse reflectance standard (Ocean Optics WS-1) was used as the reference material.
