    • Firstly the compounds were built with standard bond lengths and angles using the PC SPARTAN Pro molecular modelling program (PC SPARTAN Pro, Wavefunction, Inc., 18401 Von Karman Avenue, Suite 370, Irvine CA 92612, USA) and the energy of each compound was minimized by molecular mechanics (MM) methods (using SYBYL molecular mechanics force fields implemented in PC SPARTAN Pro package). Compounds minimized by MM were geometry fully optimised at RHF level using semi empirical PM3 method in gas phase. PC SPARTAN Pro, Wavefunction, Inc. 18401 Von Karman Avenue, Suite 370.
