    • At 10 K the thermal energy (0.86 meV) is much less than the trion binding energy, which is 3 meV. This is evidenced in the time-integrated luminescence spectrum (log scale) in Fig. l(b) (Ref. 13), in which the intensity of the trion line is much stronger than that of the exciton line.
