Blood 2005; 105:1540-1547. The relevant epitope for anti-β2GPI antibodies on β2GPI has been pinpointed on a positive cluster of amino acids on domain I of the protein. Correlations have been made between anti-β2GPI reactivity in an ELISA and LAC activity.
