21. We only analyze interaction terms with dimensionless coupling constants. The explicit inclusion of nonrenormalizable interaction terms is not necessary for the purpose of this work. Note that, although the perturbation series is organized as a systematic expansion in small momenta and the pion mass, the renormalization program still follows the standard procedure of absorbing divergences in field redefinitions and the renormalization of masses and coupling constants.
