We note that this numbering convention differs slightly from the scheme used in earlier publications. We previously used all integers when numbering the α and β resonances (Ref. 35). This scheme ignores the obvious symmetries associated with the various transitions. Therefore, we now use only even integers for α resonances, and odd integers for β resonances, i.e., α9 under the old notation is now α8, β10 is β9, α8 is α6, and so on.
