    • We suppose such an aging process that as time passes, active oscillators become inactivated one by one, and that the system's relaxation to a new "equilibrium" following an inactivation event is completed well before the next inactivation event occurs. Hence, we may regard the system as being always at a nontransient state for each value of p.
