This manifestly covariant CSL-type model is quasirelativisitic in that, like QRCSL, the collapse-inducing operator does not commute with itself at spacelike separation. However, it is not quasirelativistic since, unlike QRCSL, this commutator does not decrease rapidly with increasing distance. This model violates (1), (2), (4), and (5). Although nonrelativistic and Markovian with a nonlocal collapse-inducing operator, with a slight alteration it can be cast as relativistic and non-Markovian with a local collapse-inducing operator. In this form it violates (3), (4), and (5).

Tumulka, e-print quant-ph/0406094 has recently presented an ingenious improved model, for free particles satisfying the Dirac equation. It converts free particles to antiparticles, so it violates (5).
