    • For real values of ξ and η, Eq. (22), in a different form, as well as Eqs. (32),(33), were first obtained by Smimov [3]. For complex values, Eq. (22) should be equivalent to the results of Tanimoto [4], although a direct comparison is difficult because of the different parametrizations used.
