39. This remark is in agreement with the ion-acoustic wave case: (see Eq. (41) in Ref. [13]); as a matter of fact, the factor 1/3 therein is also exactly recovered here upon setting the appropriate parameter values (see in Ref. [32]) into Eq. (46).
