Dr. Guillen previously served as the Toxicology and Risk Assessment Program Manager with Minerals Management Service (MMS). Prior to that Dr. Guillen worked for 14 years with the State of Texas in various environmental programs. Ms. Gail Rainey and Michelle Morin are oceanographers and environmental analysts, respectively with the MMS and have extensive experience in the field of oil spill and environmental risk analysis.
