Report of a working party on osteopathy

King's Fund. King Edward's Hospital Fund for London. Para 8 of this report noted "that the attitude of the medical professional towards osteopathy had changed significantly and that the British Medical Association accepted that there was an organised reputable and coherent body of knowledge underlying osteopathic practice." (my emphasis). This was interpreted as signalling that any CAM profession moving towards statutory regulation would require the medical profession's approval
