Lynn, the vice president of the Regional Division of the World Bank for the countries of Europe and Central Asia, has pointed out that "The education systems of countries in the region of Europe and Central Asia that corresponded to the planned economic system and the authoritarian political system of state rule are not in keeping with the market economy and an open political system.
