    • It is given by the relation of (Formula presented) and (Formula presented) presented in P. Anninar, D. Hobill, E. Seidel, L. Smarr and W.-M. Suen, Phys. Rev. D 52, 2044 (1995), in which (Formula presented) is denoted L. We do this to keep in line with the literature, where most of the work is done with symmetrized initial date. That is, starting from one of our Brill-Lindquist-type initial date families, we compute (Formula presented) via the prescription described in the text and from there compute (Formula presented) as we just explained.
