This article provides outcome data on the patient with rheumatoid arthritis after arthrodesis using parallel screw fixation. The authors demonstrate that the use of the Moran score correlates with the SF-36 score. They believe that the use of the Moran score is a valid outcome assessment tool for patients with rheumatoid polyarthropathy.
