31. We use a small, but finite value of the parameter (Formula presented) in Eq. (4), which is a convergence parameter when the sum over continuous set of k vectors is approximated by a discrete sum. In our most precise calculations from Fig. 33(b) the value of (Formula presented) was 0.1 eV, while in Figs. 44 and 55 its value was 0.4 eV, which results in more smooth curves.
