Belanger et al., Annecy preprint ENSLAPP-A- 537 (1995) fails to take the quark-quark correlations into account which inhibit heavy Majorana mass exchanges, and therefore arrives at invalid limits for these masses from unobserved neutrinoless double beta decay.
