    • A drop of 10-15 μl of DNA solutin of concentration 1-3 μg/ml in a buffer containing 10-30 mM of ammonium acetate and 7-9 mM of magnesium chloride. The samples were incubated for 5-10 min. The mica was then washed with water, blotted with filter paper, and dried with argon.
