    • The small amount of oxygen vacancies in our reduced samples introduces some additional electrons, which we estimate to be ∼2% per Cu; annealing at higher temperatures (900-950°C), which stabilizes the superconducting transition for x ≥ 0.10 [16], introduces further electron carriers and makes the x value not a good measure of the electron doping.
