    • note
    • Rigorous investigation of the transition from the EHL regime to the homogeneous EHP regime with increasing electron-hole separation is beyond the scope of this paper, but it should be noted that when the EHL transition is not prohibited by the large Hartree energy (i.e. in single or very closely situated QWs), it may not be achievable due to fast radiative recombination.
