C 55, R2163 (1997), there exists an anticorrelation between the transverse flow velocity and the freeze-out temperature in such a way that higher temperatures imply lower expansion velocities and vice versa. It is likely that for AGS energies not too high temperatures are reached and thus the combination of T and β that we consider.
