The beam profiles were mapped at the entrance to the detector by measuring the flux through a pinhole as it was scanned in two dimensions across the beam. In both cases the beam profiles are highly symmetric. Even with half of the beam blocked, mixing in the downstream guide tubes gives a beam density with a center of mass displaced by only 2 mm from the beam axis. For the data run, the beam was centered to within 0.6 mm.
