24. After the submission, we found that J. Kainz et al. [cond-mat/ 0407348 (unpublished)] also discussed the temperature dependence of the spin dephasing time. However the many-body effect and the interplay between the scattering and the DPT that play an important role in spin relaxation are totally ignored.
