    • A simple exponential might not be an appropriate functional form for the decaying state. Recall that the pentaquark state can decay into two-hadron states even in the quenched approximation. Strictly speaking, we should take the decay width into account in the fitting form. However, nobody knows an appropriate analytic form for the two-point function of an unstable state in finite volume on the lattice.
