1. In November 2004 the four RHIC Experiments, BRAHMS, PHENIX, PHOBOS and STAR, plan to submit to Nucl. Phys. A "white papers" which will summarize their most important results obtained to date. These papers and references therein, as well as theoretical articles in RIKEN BNL Research Center Scientific Articles Vol. 9 are an excellent source of information on the study of heavy ion collisions at high energies and on what has been learned to date.
