    • The simulations reported in this article were performed by DIFFRACT™, a product of MM Research Inc., Tucson, Ariz. For the computations that lead to Figures 13 and 14, reflection coefficients of the grating were first computed by DELTA, a vector diffraction code developed by L. Li. These coefficients were subsequently imported to DIFFRACT, where they were combined to represent the effects of a focused beam.
