    • p, which in turn gets equal to the mode entanglement when the number of modes per party goes to ∞ [31]. These two measures do not exclude each other but simply answer to two different questions. The aim of the present paper is to link the mode entanglement present in the systems to their physical-topological properties. The taks of studying the usability of this entanglement in quantum-information protocols i s out of the scope of the present work.
