23. In this calculations, the rotation of carboxyphenyl groups were not fixed because the direct interaction between the bulky tBP groups and the surface should prevent from the forced rotations of the carboxyphenyl groups.
24. The conformational form (g) of cis-BCaTBPP can be superimposed by turning the form (h) upside down, so that they are the same conformation in three dimensions. However, the forms (g) and (h) are the conformational isomers on the Au (111) surface due to the reduced symmetry.
