    • The name teleparallel gravity is normally used to denote the general three-parameter theory introduced in K. Hayashi and T. Shirafuji, Phys. Rev. D19, 3524 (1979). Here, however, we use it as a synonymous for the teleparallel equivalent of general relativity, a theory obtained for a specific choice of these parameters.
