12. 5/well to the plate containing test compounds, in a total volume of 200 μL. The plate was incubated at 37°C for 24 h. Alamar Blue solution (Biosource catalog # DAL 1100) was then added at 20 μL/well to each well and incubated another 4 h at 37°C. The plate was read in a CytoFluor Multi-well Plate Reader-4000 (PerSeptive Biosystems) using an excitation wavelength of 530 nm and an emission wavelength of 590 nm.
