    • The ideal theoretical model where all RP energy levels are not affected by the solvent reorganization is true for frozen matrixes. In our case it seems that this rule is somewhat violated at the experimental temperature (130 K). This may suggest that at this temperature the solvent matrixes, accommodating the RP system, have some degree of freedom.
