    • The softer nature of 4b than other crosslinked polymers is supposed as follows: (a) hexamethylenediamine producing 4b is more flexible than p-xylylenediamine producing 4a, and (b) the IR spectroscopic analysis suggested that the crosslinked poly(thiourethane-thioester)s 5a and 5b have a higher crosslinking degree than the crosslinked poly(hydroxyurethane)s. Higher crystallinity of sulfur-containing polymers is also a possible reason
