It was observed that the isoelectric point was very sensitive to the surface pretreatment. The isoelectric points of the borofloat glass slides were found in a range from 2.2 (alkaline oxidizer) to 3.5 (acidic oxidizer) and 4.5 (untreated, clean surface).
