It is not clear how the cyclic ozone reconstructions cancel the dipole field of the surface. While it is clear that these reconstructions may arise on the oxygen terminated surface of the slab, it is unclear what corresponding reconstruction would be present on the metal terminated surface. Consequently, we have not performed calculations on this system within the current study
