For the interpretation of their experimental data, Madeja et al. (Ref. 5) have employed the so-called S-reduced Watson Hamiltonian, while we used the A-reduced one. Therefore, we can compare the rotational constants obtained within the two procedures, but the centrifugal distortion constants cannot be directly compared.
