    • Although it is possible that the shear piezoelectric constants of the film used in our experiment (not available) differ from those measured by Nix and Ward on their own samples (Ref. 12), the deviations cannot be significant. The fact that these constants are considerable and close to the discussed values is supported by theoretical predictions on the behavior of the crystal phase (see for example Ref. 18).
