14. Apparently, these terraces present Terrace 3 (the higher one, 35 to 40 m a.w.l.) and Terrace 2 (lower terrace, 16 to 18 m a.w.l.). Terrace 1 is not presented within the bluff. Presumably, it is totally eroded here. The floodplain terrace, or Terrace 0, exists here in the form of small sections.

17. The Yana RHS bone collection offers the full range of carnivore species present at the end of the Karginsk Interval. Carnivore bones, especially those of the large species, rarely appear in natural exposures. The appearance of so many bones in one place suggests human activity in the past.
