21. There were many discussions in the literature on the consequence of dropping 1/N in Eq. (9). It has been shown [X. L. Lei, Phys. Lett. A 148, 384 (1990)] that, as far as macroscopic transport properties are concerned, the neglect of 1/N term in Eq. (9) induces no error if, at the same time, the CM coordinate R(t) is treated as a classical variable, as in the present article.
