    • The data have been obtained recording the author articulating 50 sustained (2 s each) pronunciations of the two vowels. The recording has been done using standard material, the sound card of a personal computer with a normal microphone, at a sampling frequency of 44, 1 kHz, and at a resolution of sixteen bits/sample.
