For the particular case of the Husimi representation, the domain of validity of the closure relation is restricted due to the fact that, for trace class operators Ô, the representation (x|O) may be nonintegrable. This difficulty can be surmounted by using only the normal-ordered representation (ρ|x) for physical states ρ̂ (which are in fact trace class), and the antinormal-ordered representation (x|A) for observables.
