    • 3+ cations, we obtain a total of twenty-four excited states from the P and two states from the S of both bonding and antibonding Orbitals. On the basis of the cationic model, however, the overlapping between two cation orbitals is considered to be significantly small. Then, the energy separations between the bonding and the antibonding states are so small that they are included in the width of each absorption band.
