    • Simulations were performed using the package CONCERTO 3.1, developed by Vector Fields Limited, England, 2001. A basic cell size of 0.5 × 0.5×0.5 mm is adopted to discretize the space. Finer submesh was adopted in space regions where strong inhomogeneity exists.
