9. Simulations were performed using the package CONCERTO 3.1, developed by Vector Fields Limited, England, 2001. A basic cell size of 0.5 × 0.5×0.5 mm is adopted to discretize the space. Finer submesh was adopted in space regions where strong inhomogeneity exists.
10. In practice, the total radiated power depends on the impedance matching of a real device which should be carefully considered.
