http://www.mathworks.com, date accessed August 18, 2002. Zikuan Chen received his MS in physics from Yunnan University in 1988 and his Doctorate in Engineering in optical information processing from Nankai University in 1993. From 1993 to 1997 he was an assistant professor and an associate professor with the Institute of Modern Optics, Nankai University, working on fast fingerprint identification and biometrics applications in security access control. From1998 to 2000, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Tennessee and the University of Arkansas, working on multiresolution image processing and fast pattern recognition techniques. From 2001 to 2002, he joined the University of California-Irvine as a research associate, starting his career in medical imaging. Dr Chen currently works on cone-beam CT breast imaging and volumetric angiography in University of Rochester. He is a member of SPIE and IEEE. Sabee Molloi received his PhD in medical physics from University of Wiscosin-Madison in 1987. His primary research interest is in the area of medical X-ray imaging. He is presently Associate Professor in Departments of Radiological Sciences, Medicine (Cardiology) and Biomedical Engineering Center. He is a member of AAPM and SPIE.
