    • BAC clones MtH1-015B03, MtH1-041N12, MtH1-003109, and MtH1-052O10 were shotgun-sequenced with 8× coverage. The sequence between MtH1-015B03 and MtH1-041N12 was determined with a PCR-based strategy that used MtH2-022J24. BAC clones MtH1-003109 and MtH1-052O10 formed a contig with BAC MtH2-033L22 (accession no. AC123570) that was sequenced at Oklahoma University.
